All times listed in Eastern, with apologies to those of you in different time zones who will need to do math to see what time classes are taking place! ALL classes are “one hour” long, meaning a 55-minute hour so you don’t have to rush from one class to the next!

Sunday Classes for Girls

Contemporary Dance Class for all levels, ages 14+ with Gitty Rubin
No matter your level or dance experience, join us as we explore the joy of movement through contemporary dance. We'll do a warmup and stretch and discuss basic technique before moving into choreography.

Vocal Music with Jessica Mzhen
Explore your voice with well-known singer & performer Jessica Mzhen. In this class, young singers will learn the basics of healthy vocal technique for all levels in a warm, friendly, fun environment. Build confidence, grow as an artist, and learn new skills while singing with friends!

Creative Writing: Introduction to Poetry with Rachel Gitter
In this class, we’ll take a dive into some of the most common and exciting poetic forms. We’ll discuss what poetry is, techniques for writing poetry, and why we snap instead of clap when someone shares a poem.

Ready to drum? This 4-week introductory course will get you grooving from day one. You’ll learn the fundamentals; proper stick grip, drum names and sounds, beginner rudiments, and starting technique, all in a supportive, beginner-friendly space. No experience needed, just come ready to play!

Middle School Book Club with Rachel Gitter
In this four-week class, we’ll be reading Starlight by Henye Meyer, an amazing Jewish historical fiction book reminiscent of A Little Princess. We’ll discuss writing techniques, hashkafic and historical content, and of course our favourite characters too!
